So what's going to be in html7 you ask? Well, it will allow websites to merge mobile and desktop into one. That means no more duplicate development models. Let me put that in simple terms: LESS MONEY TO MAKE WEBSITE!
Another thing is native api's. In order to make the merge of mobile and desktop happen they allowed direct access to native api's. That is so awesome I can't really describe it.
